We are the New York City chapter of the national Employee Assistance Professionals Association.

We are Employee Assistance Program professionals from both the public and private sectors. We work in various Employee Assistance Programs, Member Assistance Programs, Union Assistance Programs and Student Assistance Programs. We represent a broad spectrum of EAP models; internal, external, labor, management, and joint labor-management programs.

Membership also involves treatment facilities and mental health clinicians who share their expertise and meeting space, which enables us to have one of the lowest chapter dues in the country, despite some of the highest costs.

We also are authorized by New York State to provide CE's for licensed social workers and for licensed mental health counselors. Many of our monthly trainings provide these CE's.

We meet monthly in the borough of Manhattan, with the exceptions of July and August.
